Marta Countess is an Emmy Award-winning creator with a diverse professional background that makes her a true force in the industry. As President and Creative Director, she spearheads the creative fulfillment and execution process, ensuring each project meets and exceeds client expectations.

Marta began her career as a TV news anchor and quickly advanced into progressively larger television markets in management roles. Her passion for her work allowed her to create strong newsroom relationships, nationally, that allow her to forge premium media placements. Instrumental to our production process, her extensive broadcasting and production experience in a variety of industries, including corporate, medical and non-profit, allows Marta to provide expert consultation on how to tell your story and bring marketing projects to life on-screen.

Jeff Countess has a keen eye, attention to detail and plenty of experience to back it up. As Chief Financial Officer and Director of Videography, he is responsible for overseeing the production team and managing project expenditures. Bottom line, his job is to keep your project on time and on budget.

Jeff began his award-winning career as a videographer covering sports, from local to professional teams for the likes of CBS, NBC and ESPN. As his career evolved and his passions took shape, he branched out into news, medical stories and earned a degree in Information Technology. He’s always had a strong interest in everything technical and even taught aspiring students how to create web videos. He holds a Remote Pilot Certificate from the FAA, having passed the FAA Part 107 test.  It allows us to legally and safely add high-flying drone video to your project.
